Description
Currently I am looking for a Change Manager for one of our clients in The Netherlands. It is a project for at least 3 months with option to extend.
Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder analysis
- making communication plans
- making Change impact assessment and action plans
- making training plans
Required knowledge/experience:
- Experience in an Oil & Gas environment
- Demonstrated ability to set and manage priorities, resources, goals and project initiatives
- Self starter
- Ability to establish and meet deadlines
