Change Analyst - CASS - Banking
My client is one of the biggest banking operators in the world who are currently experiencing significant change and transformation across the business due to regulatory changes. As a result they have an opening for Change Analyst to join their Operations Regulatory Control team who are responsible for all client money (CASS), client money and asset return (CMAR) and transaction reporting activity to external regulators.
In order to be considered for this role candidates must have the following skills and experience:
- Previously produced/delivered regulatory impact assessments of change.
- Analysed change proposals and provide an assessment of impact to regulatory Project Managers previously.
- Documentation of impact analysis and maintain auditable records of all change assessments limiting the risk to the business.
- Proven ability to follow all processes in line with current governance and reporting lines within the business.
- Able to quickly identify any risk and issues to the programme and devise solutions where appropriate
- Strong communication skills and able to interact with senior level stakeholders, external third parties and ideally external auditors in the past.
