We seek a talented individual to lead IT project activities listed below for the Enterprise Web Redesign Project. The Web Redesign Project is foundational in creating one brand look and feel across all the web sites.

The scope of the individual's responsibilities will include the following:
Collaborates and interfaces with the Solution Architect and Project Manager assigned to the project
Plans and coordinates all aspects of technical/infrastructure build (install, configure, change management, support testing activities and track using HP Quality Center, implement, support and engage from design through initiation and delivery.
Coordinate the build of multiple .NET web applications through all project environments
Create cutover, back out and implementation plans for the combined project
Create Operations timelines.
Support applicable migration efforts for data migration from Legacy platforms to new systems.
Validate system configurations and create support matrixes
Responsible for production cutover planning and cutover activities
Analyze requests and seek additional detail required for prioritization and proper routing
Coordinates and directs the activities of build team according to the priorities set by the plan
Applies technical knowledge to drive and/or resolve highly complex technical issues.
Partners with members of project team and other IT teams as appropriate to expedite the activities required by the IT lead role
Identifies potential escalations and proactively alerts management, leads escalation and resolution process
Develops, defines and coordinate execution of technical build schedule, activities, budgets and deliverables
Coordinates and communicates on activities among internal technical groups
Monitors work of assigned team, providing technical and analytical support and direction.
Manages risks, issues/problems, and activity progress to ensure goals are achieved. Assists with problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed
May manage the integration of vendor/subcontractor tasks, and track and review vendor/subcontractor deliverables, if appropriate for the scope.
Conducts documentation activities to formalize and communicate the delivery acceptance, handover documentation and ongoing activities to accountable teams and complete a post-implementation review to identify areas of improvement.
Performs additional related duties as assigned. The person selected for this position will be responsible for working with the Project Manager, Test Manager, and Solution Architect to ensure the technical build occurs as designed and planned. Candidate will be able to work effectively with developers, testers, clients and other management personnel across geographies.

The Ideal Candidate:
Candidate must have previous experience with large scale web site deployments
The candidate should have experience in the redesign/re-engineering of older technology web sites into modern web sites.
Experience with the Telerik Sitefinity content management system is extremely desirable
Experience with interacting with a consulting vendor/system integrator for deployment of a large scale web site and web design project is desirable.
This position requires an extensive background in information technology along with excellent interpersonal, research, analysis, and communication skills
The individual must be comfortable working across business and IT product center domains and be able to demonstrate the ability to easily shift between technical analysis and business value discussions
Requires knowledge of systems development methodologies and systems integration methodologies
Requires knowledge of business application technical design and implementation
Experience with agile project management methodology is strongly desired
Candidate is expected to have strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Requirements:
Must have Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Tech, E.E., Business or closely related discipline, minimum 10 years experience in IT related environment & 5 years experience in technical infrastructure disciplines. Proven track record in large scale IT implementation projects. The candidate will attend project meetings & design sessions. Candidate should be outgoing and enjoy working on a team. Individual in this position must demonstrate strong communication skills, including written, verbal and interpersonal skills. In addition to exceptional organizational and analytical skills, the successful candidate must demonstrate strong customer focus, team skills and project management skills. A proven track record of producing quality results within stringent timelines is required
