Description

This is an admission business website in WordPress. This website will allow educational institutes to sign up and list their courses and programs on the website. Students will search the course and apply for admission by filling up an online admission application form and attaching the documents online.

Primarily there will be following 3 forms:

Apply for Admission (Filled by Students and Attach the documents)

Sign up (For institutes to sign up and offer their courses)

Contact Form

When these forms are filled up – follow action should happen:

Form comes to admin email and stored in backend database

When admin approves sign-up form – the information on the form is automatically uploaded online. For example, institute name, course information, etc. So the next time anyone searches the course the information in the form will be listed there

When admin approves apply for admission form – the information is automatically converted into pdf and emailed to the selected institute for admission. Contact information from this form is replaced with the website’s contact information – so students’ contact information is not displayed to the institute. Also each student can apply to up to 4 institutes at the same time – so each institute will not be able to see which other institute students have applied to. This form will be auto saved in backed.

When student logs in, they can see which institute they have applied to and the progress of their application. They can edit, delete their details / account.

When institute logs in they can see applications made to them and update the status of application with approved, rejected, etc.

They can also edit and delete their details and account.
