Senior New Proposition Development Manager
I am currnelty after a Senior New Proposition Development Manager, to work in Manchester or London on an initial 3-6 month contract with potential to be extended. The Senior Propositions Manager has responsibility for mid/large scale proposition change and delivery moving from conception and design through to delivery.
Essential experience:
- Strong track record of successfully developing and delivering customer propositions ideally within one of these sectors: healthcare, financial services, mobile, utilities, retail banking
- Strong customer focus, especially good understanding of customers and their purchasing behaviours
- Training and experience in major aspects of the marketing mix particularly product and service design
- Financially aware with good grasp of the importance and key elements of P&L and associated levers.
- Structured and analytical- strong quantitative skills
