Siebel Functional Analyst:

Must have extensive Business and Functional analysis experience working with Siebel products primarily in Sales and Marketing. Additional experience in Service would be desirable but not necessary.

Responsibilities

Develop Training documentation.

Maintain Siebel CRUD Matrix.

Assist with data migration activities

Facilitate and develop plans for application changes (including defects fixed, enhancements and/or configuration changes).

Configure and test changes to system including reports, security access and workflow.

Manage and orchestrate configuration changes to the production environment.

Take ownership of critical issues, enlist proper representation from other IT support teams and drive towards resolution.

Coordinate activity between Business Units and Departments (including Finance and Sales ops) to drive open action items to closure.

Provide functional expertise, guidance, presentation and instruction on reporting applications to business units and users.

Assist with rollout and support to the business units

Work with implementation team for knowledge transfer and provide assistance where required.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelors' degree or equivalent required;

At least 5 years of Siebel experience, specifically in Siebel 8.x & at least 2 full life cycle projects, preferably integrated with an ERP staying as close to out-of-the-box functionality as possible.

Experience in Siebel CRM functional areas: Sales, Service and Marketing.

Strong process knowledge of business and business systems

Good understanding/knowledge of ERP technology

Functional knowledge of Business Intelligence or Analytics

Ability to write SQL and develop reports.

Strong interpersonal interaction and teamwork with a customer service orientation.

Requires strong oral and written communication skills with proven ability to communicate and build relationships cross-functionally

Ability to organise, prioritise work, meet deadlines, and work independently
