I am looking to hire a Executive Personal Assistant for one of my public sector client.

Security Clearance Level Required: CTC- Counter Terrorism Check
Essential Experience:
1) PA/EA experience.
2) Experience using Google Apps/Gmail
3) Admin experience.
4) MS Office experience.
The key responsibilities include:
Effective coordination of meetings including provision of professional Secretariat support
Preparation and circulation of papers; and recording of meeting action points, where required
Budget responsibilities where required
Forging effective networks and relationships across the team, Division and wider Department
Developing high quality reports and outputs in a range of formats including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Developing and supporting programme products eg risk registers, plans, process charts and maps
Professional, timely and effective management of diary, emails, travel (booking arrangements) securing best value for money (VFM).
