Our client, a boutique mutual fund dealership with operations across Canada, is hiring a Data Integrity Administrator to ensure the daily transaction file and price imports are completed in a satisfactory manner.
Reconciling the file imports is crucial to the data integrity of the system.
Responsibilities:
Exception handling of daily/monthly file imports
Review and handle exceptions identified from the daily import in Winfund/Viefund to ensure accurate and clean data is imported to the company's Winfund and Viefund database.
Identify and correct any discrepancies in the file import log files.
Projects as assigned.
Data Integrity Issues
Communicate effectively with fund companies in order to resolve any data integrity issues.
Job Requirements
One to two years' experience working in a similar role providing support to financial advisors preferred.
Must be able to communicate effectively to people both technical and non-technical in nature.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Access.
Formal IT background or education an asset.
