Description

Our vibrant Partner Business & Development (PB&D) team, sits within the larger Small and Mid-Market Solutions and Partner group, and is an expansive and eclectic team to be a part of. Our ability to land our vision is only as good as how well it is brought to life by our partners; our extended sales force; our evangelists in the market place that love our technology - and build and extend upon it by creating services to help customers migrate and or deploy platform, desktop and cloud technologies - as well as Windows compatible devices. So the way in which we train and enable our partners, help them understand our products and propositions is critical to our short and long term success.

Your role in this:

You'll be the one that defines how we train partners in the enterprise space yes, you'll take corporate "strategy" and content; you'll assess what our systems integrators, licensing service providers, cloud partners, apps developers and global systems integrators need locally and build and implement a plan that leverages our corporate intent - at the same time as delivering value to our local business; all within a budget and with a quantifiable outcome that supports our goal of building capability in the UK channel. You'll spend time with sales teams - and partners - checking and understanding what really is needed at the coalface. If partners aren't delivering a decent standard of O365 deployment - then it's your plan and your delivery that can and will change that!

You'll create new deliverables - that support our goals - or individual deliveries. This may include a set of training to on-board new starters in our transactional partners; you'll look to develop a community of individuals that are keen to develop their sales skills - and even consider a community for aspiring professionals that are apprentices, post grads etc to help address the skills gap in UK PLC

If the above fits, we think we have your dream job lined up. Drop us a line.
