Good knowledge of embedded Microcontrollers
Experience in AUTOSAR SW driver development
Experience in SW Project Management
Experience to perform requirements analysis, safety concept development, design and FMEA at AUTOSAR MCAL layers
Used to work with SW IT Infrastructure and needed Tools
Requirements management experience
Experience in AUTOSAR integration projects with SW Third Parties
General SW experience ISO26262 SW projects. E.g. FMEA Analysis
Write, debug, review, test and document C code according to SW Industry Standards, MISRA, SPICE, CMMI)
Multicultural and international experience
Ideally Automotive knowledge
Excellent English (spoken and written)
Work tasks:
Development of drivers for AUTOSAR MCAL layer for 32-bit and 16-bit Microcontrollers
Development of drivers for ISO26262 compliant MCAL implementation;
Handle supplier management with the external software supplier
Define and follow up on requirements
Build-up of new orders of software to the supplier;
Follow-up of indicators for upper management ( solved technical facts, customer satisfaction, delivery delays );
Work with inside MKT teams to define MCAL Roadmap for products
Work in integration Projects with major automotive SW suppliers
Technical support for clients
