Duration: 6 months daily rate contract

A worldwide leading consultancy are now looking to add an Oracle HR consultant to their strong and growing Oracle team in Dublin.
Your Role:
You will deliver an Oracle HR project including Performance Management. You will also ensure that the Operational Services required as a result of the introduction of new services is defined and a timely resolution of any issues arising due to changes.
Another of your responsibility will be that the project produces the required products, to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and cost.
You will have input into the planning and cost estimation for implementation of the Oracle HR module. You will also be managing business and project risks relating to Oracle HR including risk assessment so that timescales and project costs are understood and underwritten by all by the appropriate parties, including implements an effective risk management process.
Your Skill-set:
- Oracle HR (R12)
- 8 years Functional experience
- Excellent communication skills and client facing skills
- Have completed at least 2 Oracle HR implementations with high complexity

- Public sector experience
