Embedded, Software Test Engineer, GSM, 2G/3G, £30-£40ph, Cambridgeshire, 6 monthsTHE PROJECT:
A Cambridgeshire Electronics business, who specialise in Medical industry communication products have an initial 6 month contract requirement for an Embedded Software Test Engineer to carry out testing on their wireless communication product.
For this role you should have experience testing Embedded Software products, whether this is manual or automated test.
Ideally, experience testing products with wireless comms (e.g 2G, 3G, GSM or LTE) would be desirable but not essential.
For this role you must have a 'make it attitude' and be motivated to working to tight project timescales.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Embedded Software testing
- Manual or Automated test
- Desirable to have Wireless comms experience (2G, 3G, GSM, RF)
- A good communicator who is a team player (you will work part of an international team)
