Snr Operations Manager - Pensions/Administration - TOM - Change - Contract

My Client, a leading financial services organisation, is looking for a Snr Operations Manager to work within there Pensions Administration Business.

This is a senior level role and you will be working closely with Head of Implementations and Head of Change to develop a new Target Operating Model (TOM) within their pensions administration function.

You will be driving performance improvements, ensure regulatory changes are effectively delivered into the administration area.

This role also have the opportunity to go to permanent if desired.

Essential Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Pensions/Administration.
  • Experience of managing a administration function within a pensions, asset manement or third party administration business.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Pensions Administration and regulations surrounding it.
  • Knowledge of workflow and control systems.
  • Experience in developing and implementing a scalable Target Operating Model (TOM).
  • Previously been in a senior leadership position facing off to senior stakeholders and 'Heads of'.
