Senior Cisco Engineer, Voice specialist, Call Manager.
I am currently looking for a Senior Cisco Network special for a contract in the North East, to assist with the development of contact centre design and implementation.
Experience of Cisco implementations, upgrades, configurations is essential and candidates will have the following.
- Cisco CUCM/UCCE/Voice Recording experience
- Cisco contact centre experience
- Cisco ICM/UCCE, Cisco CVP, Cisco Call manager.
Working with 3rd party vendors, senior stakeholders and Project management techniques are also required. If you are available within the coming weeks, please send your CV.
