Global Planning Process, Data and Reporting Manager (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Develop Master Data Management capabilities
- Build and sustain SAP business reporting capability
- Drive validation of KPIs
- Analyse discussions focused on developing actions to mitigate issues
- Facilitate business users to create and sustain business-specific variants of SAP reports
- Participate in supporting SAP-related business change/implementation projects
- Business reports and KPIs issued
- Implementation with reference to MSOPs and other global documentation
- Ensure proper alignment between Global and Local processes
- Documentation (writing user requirements, training materials)
- Chairing and coordinating of Data Governance committee meetings
- Implementation of policy and direction from Data Governance Committee
- Master data procedure alignment with future business ventures
- SAP product hierarchy structure: on-going maintenance of structure to align with other systems and needs
Your qualifications
- Degree in Scientific, Engineering or commercial discipline
- Fluency in English
- Good knowledge of SAP Supply Chain Master Data, SAP MM, SAP PP module, BI (BW), GxP and SOPs
- Strong supply chain/manufacturing background (preferably pharmaceuticals/biologics/fine chemicals)
- Authoring skills, based on business process analysis and developing business requirements
- Logical and analytical thinking
- Able to work in a small focused team but deliver across all business areas
- SAP experience or understanding of similar ERP systems and ways of working
- Good communication skills, used to communicate on different levels of management
