My client, a large retail client is currently looking for an experienced SAS Visual Analytics consultant to join their team.Role title: SAS Visual Analytics Developer
Start Date: Immediate January / February Start date
Length of Contract: 6 months (with possible extension)
Suggested day rate: £450 - £600
Location: London
Role Description:
Using SAS in project for:
Data acquisition
Data visualization, reporting, dash boarding
Case Management
Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to act as the Visual Analytics Developer in the Project.
This will involve taking a central role in the workstream and interacting with the various teams within and external to the programme.
- Supporting the VA workstream
- Supporting the completion of their Visual Analytics element
- Planning and execution of VA
- Supporting front end visualisation
Desired Skills & Experience:
Strong experience working in visualisation - SAS Visual Analytics
Ideally experience using Qlickview
Strong SAS Skills
Demonstrable experience of proposing insightful visualizations with the data at hand
Ability to work effectively with senior IT and Business stakeholders
Good presentation skills - must be able to "sell the visualization" to the business and relevant stakeholders
Involvement in development of large scale Analytics tools
