Description
For one of the European Agencies based in the Netherlands, we are looking for a Data Architect - Project Manager.
Tasks:
Detail the ICT technical requirements based on future industry trend and best practices
Collect data and information to assist in the development and detailing of requirements
Analyse the existing technical infrastructure installations and documentation
Provide input to projects where appropriate eg connections between IT and facilities systems ...
Verify implementation for Data Centre room/MER/SER layouts, system installation, network & floor plans to be implemented
Review all design and detail drawings, plans, products, documents, to ensure all technical proposals meet requirements (eg racks)
Assess the suitability of the proposed measures
Skills:
Excellent knowledge of:
-Physical infrastructure and design (MER/SER and EFR design)
-LAN infrastructure installation (fibre)
-Structured data centre cabling (copper and fibre)
-cable ducts installations
-Electrical power supply systems
-Environmental, safety and security systems
Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English.
