Optimized Service Delivery ManagerWe are looking for a candidate with strong technical background on telecommunications networks and experience in ICT companies who can drive competence buildup programs, change management and improvement programs.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Optimized SDM will be responsible for the delivery of the Customer Support Help desk. Responsible for profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, & technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions & proposals. Responsible for driving improvement programs with the local teams and global teams. Responsible for ensuring the good relationship and functioning of the team as well as coaching and menthoring new recruits
