Our client is hiring a Service Delivery Manager for their team based in Perth CBD. This is a 6 months contract role which may be extended.

Key Accountabilities

  • You will be managing the delivery of ICT services for both internal and external service providers
  • You will provide leadership for the effective execution of ITIL processes.
  • Ensure that the ICT services are delivered to agreed service levels
  • Ensure small and large incidents are resolved and coordinate the activities of internal and external service providers to minimise impact on the business
  • Monitor and report on service delivery performance and manage the performance of external ICT infrastructure service providers in conjunction with the commercial function
  • Collaborate with ITIL process owners to ensure effective and efficient delivery and control of ICT services
  • Process owner of ITIL
  • Ensure all stakeholders are fully informed of major incidents and recovery progress

Essential Skills

  • Extensive experience ICT and industry trends
  • In depth understanding of ITIL framework and ICT Service Integration and Management best practice.
  • Good problem solving and analytical ability
  • Should have previous experience in a similar role
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, related discipline and or extensive and demonstrated practical expertise knowledge and industry experience
