Sales Planner - London - 5 Month Initial contract - £25,000 - £33,000 per annum

Our client, a Global technology company is seeking a Sales Planner to be based in London on an initial 5 Month contract.

Job Description:
*Liaise with local market pricing and inventory teams
*Daily communication with Account Teams to understand their commitments and urgency's related to specific campaigns to provide the team with the best service and support.
*Provide training and education for new and existing AEs on process, policy, compliance and other available resources including internal tool training.
*Manage and conduct all campaign implementation aspects for UK accounts including client and order setup, pricing and inventory reservations.
*Interpret and manage all executed advertising Insertion Orders including client and order set up in ad serving tool
*Submission and coordination with Credit department for SAP ID and credit status updates
*Act as the primary owner of client set-up, liaising with both the account team and finance teams
*Drive reduction of campaign and billing issues through accurate order entry and policy compliance
*Uploading of IO's to the internal storage system.
*Review each product/tool launch and/or migration and provide feedback on its impact to the Account Team and customer
*Identify manual/inefficient processes and work with the team to develop efficiencies/improve workflow. This includes submitting tickets to the technical support team.
*Develop and nurture relationship with key business stakeholders within sales, monetization & sales excellence
*Be customer focus when engaging with media agencies.
*Keep up to date with all Sales Order Management policy and process requirements
*Create a personal development plan with manager to continuously evolve personal and professional capability in line with business needs
*Seek feedback from a variety of sources to improve performance and develop capability

Skills & Experience:
*This role would be ideal for a recent grad who has some digital media experience.
*Ideally they would have Ad-ops experience but if not, digital media experience would be useful for this role.
*Bring exceptional attention to detail to the execution of all tasks
*Have worked in a complex international environment developing media plans across multiple markets
*Be able to perform under pressure and use knowledge of pricing and inventory to generate media plans and Insertion Orders to support customer campaign execution
*Understand and anticipate Account Team's needs for information and/or data and proactively supply as needed
*Build trust and a reputation for timely and accurate delivery for internal customers
*Work effectively in high pressure situations, managing customer expectations and dealing professionally with all parties
*Foster innovation in tool and process development by submitting feature requests for future tool and platform releases
*Look for ways to improve the effectiveness and/or accuracy of internal systems
*Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
*Listen carefully to the views and opinions of other team members before deciding on a course of action
*Online advertising experience preferred
