An amazing opportunity has opened for an Email Marketing Executive to join a rapidly growing British luxury fashion brand. The business has gained global recognition and is sold online, in 5 standalone stores in London and hundreds of leading retailers around the world.

Recruiting customers on a daily basis through a variety of online and offline channels our client are now looking for an outstanding Email Marketing Executive to strategically grow their business through excellent marketing and customer service communications.

The successful candidate will have previous experience with Email Marketing, ideally gained within a leading retail business. You will have successfully developed and implemented a multichannel customer acquisition, segmentation and retention strategy. Working across all the relevant marketing tools - including email campaigns and programmes, collaterals with a focus on retaining customers (cards, newspaper etc.), gifting and reward programme (particularly with VIP customers) and events.

The position offers a rare opportunity to join an exciting luxury fashion and lifestyle brand: with a key focus on customer acquisition, retention, and profitability, the Email Marketing Executive plays a critical role in our international expansion, with a wide-ranging impact on the business as a whole.

Responsibilities

  • Devising, executing and manage an Email and data capture strategy across all touch points and channels
  • Analysing and reporting on recruitment and campaign performance in terms of quantity and quality of data capture, traffic, conversion and revenue
  • Gain a greater understanding of customer base through insight, segmentation and data analysis
  • Identifying areas of improvement and making recommendations
  • Investigating of new opportunities to engage customers
  • Testing and optimising existing and new programmes based on data insights
  • Developing Club VIP programme with customer rewards and benefits
  • Managing the Email budget
  • Keeping abreast with the latest retention techniques
  • Educating the business internally on Email KPIs, strategy and best practices
  • Working internal departments including; IT, Customer Service, Retail, Graphic Design and Marketing
