An exciting opportunity is available in Luxembourg for an Intranet & Web Project Manager.
Only candidates with fluent English skills (C2 level) can be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the revamp of several websites: this includes the appearance, hosting, etc. and conducting the RFP process with external vendors, selecting a vendor and then managing the implementation;
- Manage the development of a portal site. The development is done by an external provider but tasks like the management of the internal requirements, testing and project reporting will be taken care of by the successful candidate.
We are looking for candidates with the following profile:
- Experience and expertise in project management; qualification or proven ability with a formal methodology eg Prince2, PMI would be preferred;
- Understanding of the operational environment of a financial institution, with an emphasis on corporate systems, ERP and content management systems;
- Experience using the common IT systems that are also prevalent in financial institutions which cover corporate functions;
- Excellent computer skills including use of Internet, MS Office Suite, MS SharePoint, MS Lync, MIS, ServiceNow, MDM;
- Experience in change management, testing methodologies and structured development approaches is desirable;
- Ability to analyse model and improve business processes;
- Experience with SharePoint portals and managing Website projects highly beneficial;
- Experience in vendor management;
- Fluent English. Knowledge of German, Luxembourgish or French is a Plus. The working language is English.
This position is offered as a freelance contract with a duration of approximately 9 months. Alternatively a CDD can be discussed.
Start date: ASAP or within 1 month.
