Create a Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaign, including website content, that meets product and search engine guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Verify SEM orders using verification checklist to ensure order is within product guidelines
  • Validate all content received with order and query sales team if an order fails the verification checklist
  • Collect required data, documents, and collateral and store in the appropriate collateral management systems
  • Work with the sales team to resolve opened queries and cancel orders for unresolved queries
  • Serve as a liaison between sales and fulfillment team for fulfillment queries on SEM items
  • Submit campaign creation recap to the sales team and advertisers
  • Use collateral provided to build SEM campaign and content for associate Landing Page
  • Communicate with all parties to ensure account creation process is seamless.
  • Manage workload by monitoring status of fulfillment orders to meet defined timeline commitments to advertisers and Sales.
  • Address advertiser and sales questions regarding the SEM product.
  • Provide impeccable customer service during the course of each customer engagement
  • Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease cycle time, streamline work processes, and work collaboratively and jointly to provide an excellent customer service experience
  • Provide copy for customer landing pages that are designed to be highly relevant to search engine marketing campaigns and to drive phone calls and email leads.
  • Use photo software to manipulate images as needed
  • Adhere to any word/character limitations as well as other established copywriting best practices.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • A significant understanding of the Internet and Internet advertising principles is required
  • 2-3 years in copywriting or related field
  • 1 year in SEM
  • Website writing
  • Adcopy writing
  • Previous experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
  • Website writing
  • Strong Knowledge of Search Engine Strategies
  • Knowledge of Web Site design in order to create optimal search results
  • A basic knowledge of Internet browsers is required
  • Intermediate knowledge of HTML is required
  • Strong people, communication and organization skills are required as interaction occurs with the advertiser and Sales personnel over the telephone
  • Strong typing and computer skills are required
  • Strong Software Skills: Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Word and Outlook Express
  • Candidates with certification(s) in Search Engine Marketing preferred
  • Strong initiative and positive attitude
  • Able to analyze data and use critical thinking skills
  • Able to multitask to meet required deadlines
