Your tasks:
- Development and design of analog, mixed-signal and non-volatile memory specific circuit blocks
- High-level modelling of analog and mixed-signal circuit blocks
- Design/Overall verification and layout coordination
- Documentation und characterization
Your qualifications
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Sciences, Computer Systems Technology, Physics or a comparable discipline
- Profound experience in the design of analog and mixed-signal circuits are desirable
- Experience in the area of complex design software ¡V e.g. Cadence
- Good written and spoken knowledge of German and English language
- You ideally have sufficient basic knowledge of hardware description languages and memory architecture
- You are reliable, a team player and independent, structured and enthusiastic in your way of work
- You have a distinctive ability to communicate in an interdisciplinary environment
