The Role

To manage the delivery of project in the ERP programme deployments in EMEA liaising with ERP team leads and market recources. Deliverables include production of and execution of Communications plans and materials, Change Guides, user mappings for access to SAP and training validations.

Project management of multiple sites delivering to a unified project plan, working with multiple Commercial, finance and GL&S stakeholders within Client.
  • Deliver excellent customer service for EMEA ERP on site with all stakeholders.
  • Ensure the smooth delivery of predefined deliverables.
  • Support development and execution of the following project deliverables;
  • Communications Plan
  • Stakeholder Management plan
  • Support and monitor development of relevant SoPs for project policies, business procedures, and work flows
  • Resolve in a timely manner project issues (eg resources, timelines, communication and other problems) arising over time
  • Represent ERP at appropriate implementation governance meetings
  • Monitor and report Project progress & deliverables
  • Ensure all stage Gates are met with High Quality and on time deliverables

  • Co-ordinate all meetings and documentation of action items arising in meetings
  • Communicate project status and coordinate activities directly with stakeholders including client partners, and third party partners/suppliers
  • Co-ordinate activity with all engaged in delivery of the project


Ensure appropriate continuing engagement of the business to facilitate delivery, and sharing of best practice

  • Highly developed project and process management skills
  • Demonstrates excellent customer focus and account management skills
  • Strong team leader and player able to demonstrate a clear ability to build effective relationship between cross-functional teams
  • Good problem solving ability, maintaining focus on performance and delivery
  • Well developed verbal, written and presentation communication skills and able to deploy these successfully with key stakeholders within the NHS
  • Well developed interpersonal skills and an effective builder of relationships
  • Can combine commercial acumen with customer focus to deliver tailored solutions
