Computer Futures has a client which is looking for a Siebel support analyst to work for an international company based in the South West. The role will involve you supporting the UK implementation of the current CRM tool used within the UK - Siebel.Type: Contract
Rate: £250- £350pd depending on experience
Location: South Wales
Role:
- Provide 2nd line support for the Siebel application for all remote/mobile users (1st line support is provided by an existing Service Desk)
- Support will involve communicating with the Service Desk and other internal departments whilst investigating incidents occurring on the Siebel system to provide temporary workarounds and/or long term solutions.
- Performing ad-hoc data loads using the Siebel EIM tool following requests from users
- Development, testing and implementation of data load procedures documented to the required standards
- Writing and running test procedures for amended processes
- Provision of advice and guidance on best practice use of the application to Siebel users
Skills Required:
- A minimum of 2-3 years proven experience of working with Siebel
- experience of Siebel EIM procedures
- working knowledge of Oracle databases, PL/SQL procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills
