Senior Business Analyst - Contract - Banking - LondonMy client is searching for a senior BA role within London. This Tier-1 bank is looking for an experienced business analyst to direct the change project across the business, System Controls & Analytics and Risk Software Delivery.
The successful applicant will engage with a diverse group of stakeholders, producing clear business requirements. The business analyst must manage the change implementation activities to support IT operations. Further they must leverage their business knowledge and expertise to drive business improvements. The applicant will translate the business requirements and designs to represent both customer and business in discussions with Stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you must have/be:
- Excellent stakeholder management, facing off at all levels.
- Strong team leadership - able to recognise strengths in others and implement them in the process.
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Proven change experience
- Strong banking background
- Proactive and evaluative
- Regulatory/Risk background is essential
