Description
1st level support person required for global client.
Experience required:
Previous 1st line IT support experience
Knowledge of Windows 7 and above
Knowledge of Active Directory including basic administration
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook support
Microsoft Sharepoint knowledge
User account administration experience
English language skills both written and spoken - other languages would be a plus
Experience of PC configuration along with associated peripherals including MS Office configurations
