We have an exciting new opportunity working with one of the largest Telecommunication companies in the world. Our client are looking for a Contract Execution Manager to join their team in Dublin for a 6 month contract.

The Contract Execution Manager manages, executes and controls supply related operations for customer contracts according to agreed objectives, cost budgets, valid laws and regulations, agreements, instructions and company policies.

The Contract Execution Manager is a key role in managing and controlling supply parts of customer contracts and purchase orders, customer escalation and contract/purchase order changes/updates.

Contract Execution Manager - Telecoms - Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure availability of the contract supporting documents
  • Follow up supply part of contract/project budget
  • Participate in set up and drive weekly progress meetings with stakeholders.
  • Create and close value contracts, create/verify sales order.
  • Create/verify customer invoices.
  • Manages contract/customer purchase order change requests.
  • Control the Customer acceptance process in case of box delivery
  • Creation, handover and monitoring of the Service Level Agreement
  • Secure the proper set up of interfaces between different operational stakeholders
  • Secure timely and complete invoicing
  • Secure effective inventory management, including reconciliation of stock, physical stock take, scrapping and initiation and follow up of return flows.
  • Measure and analyze Key Performance Indicators on customer contracts/order and decide on corrective actions to improve the KPI
  • Analyze and take corrective actions on escalation and prioritization matters towards order management and demand management.
  • The Contract Execution Management shall have excellent knowledge of received contracts/customer purchase orders, both in terms of volumes and products and thus give input to supply planning functions.

Required experience:

  • Customs management
  • Management with MILCO/CADIVI
  • Competences needed:
  • Good knowledge of office package.
  • High level of English

Studies:

  • Industrial engineering or International commerce professional
