Tasks
You are taking over the Business Analysis lead for tax topics within the CTR Design stream of Project White. You will be focusing on supporting and analyzing WHITE tax reporting topics (i.e. BTA, ESD, FATCA and QI). Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing a business tool (e.g. End User Application) which will support the business units with the manual tax calculation processes, e.g. Bilateral Tax Agreements (BTA) calculations.
Business analysis experience within the (regulatory) tax environment as well as IT flair are prerequisites for this challenging and interesting job opportunity. The ability to deliver on time and in good quality is critical. Furthermore, it is key that you are able to act and manage in a global and demanding environment. The role demands skills and abilities to understand and strive business operating models, processes, technology infrastructure as well as regulatory frameworks. It covers the full project lifecycle from concept, business requirement phase to testing, migration and implementation.
Requirements
• University degree or equivalent certificate
• Expertise in regulatory tax topics especially BTA including system implementation
• Several years of business analysis experience and sound knowledge of operational taxes across the different business divisions (Wealth Management, Investment Bank and Global Asset Management) Profound understanding of the front-to-back processes affected by operational taxes across the bank
• Profound knowledge of Investment Banking products
• Excellent MS Office skills (especially Access and Excel)

• Delivery focused, high-energy, hands-on and independent team player
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in German and English (oral and written)
