Description
This government agency operates an IT Helpdesk facility where all requests for IT support and queries are logged by staff. The IT Infrastructure Helpdesk contractor will be one of the people providing the first line of support in dealing with these queries. The person will also be required to provide second line of support in areas of IT infrastructure.
This is an initial 1 year contract offering a competitive daily rate. The role is on a full time basis and working hours will be for seven and a half hours between 08:00 and 18:00 (start and finish times to be agreed), on working days normally Monday to Friday.
