Our large financial services Client is looking for A Web Based Instructional Designer with experienced in developing web-based courses. This roles sits within the Organisations Innovation centre and candidates must have experience in developing courseware and an understanding of how to create web-based training. Instructional Design and Instructional Technology experience is required. The role requires a deep understanding of processes and will work in a team environment.
Skills required:
- Instructional Technology experience
- Instructional Design experience - must have samples of work
- Web-Based Course Development experience
- Process maps, Screen Shots, Structure Tests
- Competence training
- Understanding of automated and manual process
- Documentation
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of ILMS or SCORM
- Project Management skills
- Change process experience
