Description
Our financial services client based in Glasgow requires a Project Manager to lead a team of 5 analysts to create a new business operating model within a Global Payments regulatory reporting programme. The role will be for an initial 6 months and requires an immediate start.
To be successful you will come from a proven project management background with previous team leadership experience. Responsible for the creation of a new business operating model, you will be required to manage the development of requirements, map Customer Journey and create the Target Operating Model. Additionally, you will be responsible for the creation of Customer and Colleague Communication packs and the deployment of colleague Training. Experience delivering within a similar role within a financial services environment is required.
Strong stakeholder management skills with an ability to work within a fast paced environment is essential.
