Exciting opportunity to join a major investment bank to help support the credit derivatives area of the business.

You will be tasked with helping traders with curves and booking errors, looking at index's, PNL and whole analytical element of supporting the desk.

The desired candidate will need high calibre credit derivatives business knowledge and you will be challenged on this throughout the interview process.

You will need to explain the differences between Delta's and Vega's as well understanding how a curve is constructed.

There is an element of support involved which is very basic technical support, helping with VBA and excel spreadsheets and sometimes running queries on databases however the main expertise will be needed around the credit derivatives business as a whole.

This role will suit a Business Analyst with expert Credit Derivs knowledge, maybe an ex trader looking to work more on the IT side or even an ex IT support specialist who carries an excellent understanding of Credit Derivative products.

The team you be joining is a fun dynamic team and the position needs a candidate willing to want to learn and carry a proactive tenacious attitude.

Banking background is preferred.
