SIPP Manager required by my client, a tier-1 Investment Bank, to mentor and train a team of consultants in Retirement Services. This opportunity for a SIPP Manager involves setting the KPI's and driving the team forward in order to deliver excellent customer service and profitable results.
Key Responsibilities for SIPP Manager:
- Maintaining service levels and retirement service levels
- Liaising relevant information with stakeholders
- Complaint handling
- Training and Mentoring of the team
- Up to Date on Regulatory Change
- Implementation and delivery of SIPP projects and managing clients
This opportunity for a SIPP Team Manager offers a rolling 9-Month contract, based in Central London, offering £800-£900 per day.
Key Experience Required by SIPP Manager:
- Subject Matter Expert in SIPP (Self-Invested Personal Pensions)
- Awareness of procedural issues impacting Retirement Services
- Management, mentoring, appraising and motivating a large team
- Setting KPI's (Key Performance Indicator)
