We are looking for a Chartered Surveyor for our public sector client.
Job Title: Chartered Surveyor
Location: Birmingham
Contract Length: 3 months Initially with possible extension
Essential Experience:
Individuals will be expected to deliver work to tight deadlines, working directly to the Team Leader.
Technical project managers and sector specialists will provide further support and guidance.
Work areas are generally high profile and of a sensitive nature, and any conflict of interest will be explored with interested candidates.
Full cost recovery will be required on all work areas including case management including invoicing.
IT knowledge, decision making, communication skills and planning are also key essentials
A full driving licence will be essential including overnight stays when necessary.
