Functional Analyst Salesforce CRM.
The Functional Analyst is responsible for the design and implementation of modern and flexible solutions according to agreed timelines and budgets in order to support the core business processes of the Organization in line with the business needs and quality requirements.
He/she is responsible for building and optimizing the assigned applications on a cost efficient way to support the business processes and in line with functional and technical evolutions.
Responsibilities:
The Functional Analyst is responsible for the feasibility of proposed solutions with due regard to quality, cost and strategic vision of the application landscape of his Competence Center. He/she is able to present a good solution to the business needs. He/she ensures the qualitative handover to the run organization.
The functional analyst will be able to cover the following activities:
-Support to prioritize business requirements according to functional and technical constraints
-Translate business requirements into technical and functional needs
-Translate business needs into efficient logical data model
-Evaluate the feasibility of the different solution always keeping in mind the quality, the cost and the future proof technical evolution of the applications
-Deliver documents in which impact and functional analysis are described in order to enable the developers to build the solution according to the standards.
-Review and approve documentation and code development. Both in project mode and in support mode.
-Validate integration tests strategy and descriptions
-Take care of a qualitative hand-over to the run organization
-Support the operations team once the project or deliverable are in run
Technical skills:
-Knowledge of the energy sector
-Minimum 5 years' experience in the Salesforce.com application is required and knowledge of the Sale, Service and Marketing Modules.
-Strong Knowledge of communication channel related to CRM
-Une très bonne connaissance des technologies liées au CRM Salesforce.com est necessaire
-Strong knowledge of technologies linked to the Salesforce.com CRM
-Good Knowledge of SAP- IS-U system integration
-Good Knowledge of regulation process and communication standards MIG/4 and MIG/6 of the Energy sector
-Minimum 15 years' experience in analysis with at least 5 years in the CRM field
-Organization of the business, functional and technical analysis and development inside the projects
-Business process analysis
