You will be involved with capacity dimensioning, network traffic forecasting, major event preparations.
Candidate Skills & Requirements
Have good technical knowledge of Huawei 3G RNC/2G BSC Structure, hardware capacity, functionality and features. Have good analysis skill for RNC/BSC level Performance and Recommendation for SPU, GOU migration to optimize the load. Have knowledge about: SPU, DPU, GOU, SCU and their capacity and load sharing mechanism, RNC Interfaces and their capacity, understanding of RF KPIs and troubleshooting.
