Description
The Level of network Support Engineer required is a CCNA accredited resource. There will be requirement to travel and work at both of the customers manufacturing plants. There will be a requirement to work some weekends over the duration of the contract (typically a Sunday - while manufacturing is limited.)
Requirements:
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals - (newly accredited CCNA)
Preparation work:
- Ability to query - MAC/ARP tables on L3 Switches
- Switch discovery work/cable tracking
Implementation:
- Managed and control all Legacy Switches
- Load base OS's
Support:
- Work on support issues, L2 network support, documentation
Personal:
