Description
The client is in the process of rolling out a VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) solution to all sites throughout Europe and require an engineer to provide remote technical support to the project across multiple sites in France. There is excellent potential for extension to the initial 3 month contract.
Technical Summary:
- Active Directory
- Lotus Notes
- Windows 7
- A good understanding of default gateways & DHCP
- Virtual Desktop Implementation & Support Experience
- Good Customer Service & Communications skills
- Fluent French and excellent level of English are an absolute 'must have'
