We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company for an Unix Expert to join their project in Spain.Position Title: Unix Expert
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: May 2015
Duration: 3 months rolling

Responsibilities:
- Participate in HP-UX and Solaris system migration requirements collection and analysis
- Participate in HP-UX and Solaris system migration planning and design
- Compose HP-UX and Solaris system migration guide documents
- Execution of HP-UX and Solaris system migration roll out tasks
- Output the project summary
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- 6+ years experience with HP-UX and Solaris system maintenance experience on large enterprise
- Master HP-UX and Solaris disk management file system knowledge
- Deep understanding on HP-UX and Solaris startup process and startup troubleshooting knowledge
- Familiar with HP-UX and Solaris system management, such as OS installation, cluster configuration and management, network and security settings
- Familiar with IBM/EMC/HP storage, capable of planning SAN and NAS network independently
- Capability to troubleshoot HP-UX and Solaris system independently
- Familiar with HP-UX and Solaris virtualization technology
- Fluent in Spanish and English
