Your tasks:
- Capacity planning and performance tuning of VMware environment
- Auditing of system and application performance
- Performance management
- Gathering and consolidation of input from the application capacity planners
- Forecasting and capacity planning of virtual environment
Your qualifications
- Solid background in large VMware environments (Vsphere, ESX)
- Experience with planning and performance support
- Active involvement in performance tuning exercises
- Active involvement in sizing of business cases and implementations
- Solid background in at least one major Linux distribution
- Very good English language skills
