Description
I am looking to hire a Commercial Director in London location with my public sector client.
This is a contract role initially till July 2015.
Essential Experience:
- Strong commercial acumen, with extensive commercial experience having been gained in the property or, ideally, housing sectors;
- Excellent track record of delivery in housing, physical regeneration or property, including a strong grasp of development finance and the ability to navigate a complex delivery landscape;
- A proven ability to negotiate effectively in a commercial environment;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to command the respect of staff, Board members and senior stakeholders in both the central and local government and private sectors.
- Ideally the candidate would have some experience during the establishment and set-up of new organisations.
