SOA Architect - CMS - European Commission - Brussels
For one of our projects at the European Institutions in Brussels, we are urgently looking for a SOA Architect.
Main tasks:
- Architecture and design of information systems;
- Review of the architecture of existing systems;
- Analysis of the integration of different information systems;
- Data analysis and data modelling;
- Coordination of the implementation of the technical architecture;
- Technical interface between the project leaders and the developers;
- Assistance with deployment and configuration of the system;
- Design and execution of tests;
- Production of software architecture documents and technical documentation (i.e. architecture documents, use cases, components/building blocks related documents).
For this role you need to have experience in:
- Excellent knowledge and proven professional experience of RUP & Agile Scrum;
- Experience in modelling tools like UML.
- Very good knowledge in SOA, applications analysis/design, object oriented programming languages
- Good knowledge on business process analysis and modelling tools
- Ability to give presentations and apply high quality standards
- Knowledge of interoperability technologies
- Knowledge of XML, HTML, JavaScript will be an asset
The next are considered assets:
- Knowledge of content management systems (e.g. Alfresco)
Languages:
Fluent in English and French is an asset
Others:
Capability of integration in an international/multicultural team environment
