Description
Salesforce Business Analyst
o Translation of business requirements and process flows from customer to process flows in Salesforce and translation into required configuration components (Reports, Interfaces, Workflows, Extensions)
o The role is a hands-on delivery role (in short, write your own Blueprint documents)
o Knowledge and experience in Salesforce Sales and Service is required (minimum 2 years)
o Knowledge and experience in B2C service is a plus
o Knowledge and experience in Exact Target is a plus
Duration: Start date ASAP (for one month till end of Feb)
Location: Almere/Antwerp
Expenses: Allowed only for travel to Antwerp

Project team is around 15 FTE and focusses on CRM, ERP and Middleware implementation.
Currently in Blueprint phase (up until end Feb) with possibility to extend towards full implementation (expected go-live Mar-16)
Functional analyst for Salesforce implementation. Focus on translating business requirements and client processes towards Salesforce solution (Sales, Service and Marketing)
