We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunication company, for a RF Consultant to join their project in China.Position Title: RF Constultant
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: February 2015
Duration: Initial 6 months

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Radio Network Planning and Optimization
- Responsible for project implementation and management of GSM / UMTS / CDMA / TDSCDMA / Wimax / LTE network planning and optimization
- Extensive 3G experience is mandatory, 4G experience prefered
- Responsible for optimization of voice service and data service, responsible for improvement of network quality and user experience
- Responsible for customer communication and the successful delivery of the project
- Responsible for RNP/RNO project design and problem management
- Responsible for customer engineer training and internal staff guidance
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Bachelor degree or above in telecommunications or computer related fields
- At least 8 years working experience in network planning and optimization, proficient in GSM, CDMA, UMTS
- LTE network optimization and principle of telecommunication preferred
- With delivery experience in mediumsized projects or project development experience?
- Good communication and presentation, have a good consciousness of service
- Fluency in English, Chinese skill is desirable but not essential
- Be able to adapt to the global business or resident abroad
