CRM and Web Analyst |London|12 month Contract
A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced CRM & Insights Manager to join the team working on a fantastic project providing insight into customer behaviour and data-driven marketing. You will be supporting the Senior CRM manager by providing post-campaign analysis.
About the role
- Experience in a data driven role, ideally in marketing analytics
- Use of web analytics and other publishing analytics tools
- Identify new CRM opportunities based on customer usage analysis
- Competent in SQL
- Ability to turn data into clear and concise actionable insights
- Motivated self-starter with a sense of urgency
- Successfully analyst the consumer marketing database to provide insight into customer behaviour
