Quality Control Administrator/Coordinator Castle Hill
part time casual role
ADS (Aged & Disability Services) Care is one of the fasted growing service providers within the Hills district of Sydney. We are a young and exciting organisation based in the Castle Hill area that is supporting the elderly and people with disabilities.
We specifically require someone with a strong background of working within quality framework development; we are looking to achieve a new accreditation/certification within the aged care or disability industry
You will be required to support the in-house quality specialist in various quality based functions as well as creating documents and tables with the ultimate goal of assisting the putting together of a quality manual.
Key Skills:
You will have worked with at least one of the following: ISO 9001, NSW DSS, or ACIMSS
Initially only 4 - 8 hours per week but could be more.

The Role
To work on the quality framework for accreditation
To work on the book keeping with the latest version of MYOB
To work closely with support workers, care recipients and clients
You will need to able to organise files (hard and soft copies)
To communicate with all stakeholders, including phone, email and face to face
You must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
