We are urgently looking for a Finance/Document Assistant for a 3 month contract based in the City of London.
The successful candidate will possess the following;
- Strong Administration and organisation skills. eg bookings, meetings, calendars, structure charts, joiners and leavers.
- Advanced MS Word; eg combining seperate word documents in appropriate styles, implementing standard formatting, including tables and numerical data (a test will be conducted during interview on Word ability).
- Assist with the production of presentations and packs.
- Largely beneficial to have worked in large organisations, particularly in Finance functions and Financial Services.
