Candidates will have a good understanding of financial reporting and regulatory reporting, whilst being experienced in the financial services and/or insurance industry. It is essential that the candidate is knowledgeable and comfortable with talking ledger structures with BAU and Finance Systems teams.
The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified accountant with an excellent understanding of General Ledgers. They will also have experience financial reporting and process improvements.
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA,ACA,CIMA,ACCA)
- Financial reporting. UK GAAP, IFRS
- Must have recent Insurance experience
- Knowledge, Understanding and experience of General Ledger
- Commercial accounting experience.
- Strong Excel skills
- Reporting Improvements - identify, document and validate new financial reporting requirements.
